tainable agriculture! Whether you are a seasoned urban gardener or a compl
ete beginner, this program will teach you the traditional, highly rewardin
g method of cultivating edible Shiitake mushrooms on natural hardwood logs
.During this workshop, we will walk through the entire "logging"
process step-by-step:1. Drilling: Learning how to properly prepare hardwo
od logs by drilling perfectly spaced and sized holes.2. Inoculating with S
pawn: Discovering how to pack those holes with high-quality Shiitake mushr
oom spawn—the living mycelium that will eventually fruit into edible mus
hrooms.3. Sealing with Beeswax: Mastering the crucial final step of seali
ng the inoculation sites with melted beeswax. This protects the delicate s
pawn from competing fungi, insects, and moisture loss, setting your log up
for a bountiful harvest.Come learn how to grow your own food, connect wit
h nature, and take home the skills needed to start a thriving mushroom gar
