The New Britain Public Library (Main Library and Jefferson Branch) will be closed Thursday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth.
Upcoming Events
One-on-one technology assistance is offered Mondays from 10-11 a.m. and Wednesdays from 3-4 p.m. Individuals may register for up to two 30 minute sessions per month by calling 860-224-3155 x125 or stopping by the Information Desk.
Representatives from the Friendship Service Center's Hope Connection Center will be at the library to assist individuals experiencing homelessness with finding shelter, accessing showers, doing laundry, and more. No registration required.
Patrons ages 8 and up are invited to trace or freehand a drawing onto special material to make what looks just like stained glass! This craft is accessible to all skill levels and is perfect for a summer decoration!
