The New Britain Public Library (Main Library and Jefferson Branch) will be closed Thursday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth.
Bring your own journal (or make a tiny one here), and then learn the basics of junk journaling – a low-stress collage style of journaling that involves finding the beauty in everyday junk!
Do you have old photos that you would like to digitally preserve? VHS tapes you would like to convert to DVD? Old film negatives you would love to save? Library staff can work with you to save those precious memories!
One-on-one technology assistance is offered Mondays from 10-11 a.m. and Wednesdays from 3-4 p.m. Individuals may register for up to two 30 minute sessions per month by calling 860-224-3155 x125 or stopping by the Information Desk.
