The New Britain Public Library invites you to a transformative event that will challenge perceptions and ignite compassion. Join us for a powerful presentation on Family Recovery and addiction awareness that promises to shake the foundations of how addiction is seen and dealt with in our society. Addiction doesn't discriminate. It tears families apart. It ravages communities. And, it thrives in the shadows of stigma and misunderstanding. This isn't a problem about "those people" – it's our entire community’s problem, and it's time to face some hard facts head-on. There will be 30 minutes to answer questions and share experiences. Participants will leave with an abundance of resources and ready to take action.
