In honor of AAPI Heritage month, we’re exploring craft techniques from across Asia! Join us in learning the Indian embroidery style, Kantha, which uses a continuous running embroidery stitch to create unique and delicate designs.

Learn about the history of this traditional technique while making your own piece! Participants should have basic experience with hand sewing or embroidery.

Registration is required. Please arrive at the start time listed for this workshop; we may deny participation to any registrants who are more than 15 minutes late. For any questions, contact Makerspace staff.
