Native Americans have been involved in the production of maple syrup and maple sugar for thousands of years. Join an Institute for American Indian Studies (IAIS) staff member for a sweet presentation that includes stories, history, and traditional methods for making this tasty treat, which has enriched the lives of people throughout the world!
