Join us all summer long for weekly video game tournaments! This week we'll be playing Tekken 8. First place will win a small prize! This event is intended for ages 12 and up.

Make your own transparent and magical fairy wings! Design, press, and cut your wings to turn yourself or your child into a flower fairy! 

Do you have old photos that you would like to digitally preserve? VHS tapes you would like to convert to DVD? Old film negatives you would love to save? Library staff can work with you to save those precious memories! 

One-on-one technology assistance is offered Mondays from 10-11 a.m. and Wednesdays from 3-4 p.m. Individuals may register for up to two 30 minute sessions per month by calling 860-224-3155 x125 or stopping by the Information Desk.  

Join the Crafty Creative's Club, using marbles instead of paintbrushes, to create beautiful art!

Introducing the NBPL Crochet Club!

Short sessions with legal advisors at the library. Register to be assigned a 15-minute appointment with a lawyer; start times are 5:30, 5:45, 6:00, 6:15, and 6:30pm. Please plan to bring any relevant documentation to your session.

Children, teens and adults can bring their pets, or just come and enjoy the animals! Registration of pets is required- call the Children's Department!

Open playtime and story time for children up to the age of 3 and their caregivers!

Are you interested in learning English? Do you want to practice your English pronunciation and conversation skills in a casual group setting?

Join Librarian Cara to learn about your favorite Pokémon, play Pokémon related games or create Pokémon related crafts!

Representatives from the Friendship Service Center's Hope Connection Center will be at the library to assist individuals facing or experiencing homelessness. Individuals may meet with a representative on Mondays between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
