**Registration (via phone or in-person) is REQUIRED and begins on Thursday, February 19th.**

Sign up for a 20-minute appointment with a legal advisor at the main library. Please plan to bring any documentation relevant to your case to your session. Note: Criminal cases are not accepted. 

Appointments can be made in person or over the phone at 860-224-3155 ext. 125. No walk-ins permitted.
